Most properties have a no pets policy due to liability and increased insurance rates to the home owner.
Where pets are accepted there will be an additional $1000.00 pet deposit.
We comply to state and federal laws in regards to service and assistance animals.
Carcinogens from second hand smoke can linger in carpets and drywall for up to twenty years causing future occupants health problems. Painting has to take place 4 times as often and carpets replaced more often due to the residue caused by smoking . Cigarettes are carelessly left on counter tops and dropped on carpets and linoleum floors. Tenants tend to smoke next to open door and windows allowing smoke to blow back into the dwelling or just forget to take it outside. These are but a few reasons we have a strict "no smokers" policy.
